A call about suspicious activity has led High River RCMP to recover thousands of dollars in allegedly stolen property and to the arrest of three people.

RCMP responded to the call in a residential alley way in High River Friday, February 10, there they found what they say was a stolen truck, along with a couple of golf carts and various other stolen items.

They were back the following morning with a search warrant, where, after searching the home, they found more stolen goods, along with several firearms and controlled substances.

Two High River men, 53 year old Darcy Mandy and 23 year old Dustin Whitney have both been charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000.

Mandy is also facing several probation related charges.

While Whitney is facing additional charges of failure to comply with conditions of a Recognizance and failure to comply with conditions of a probation order

An unidentified 46 year old High River Woman is also facing charges of possession of stolen property.

Both Mandy and Whitney remain in custody.
