Lady luck smiled upon a High River woman on Wednesday, January 30.

Roxanna Wright won a national contest at Carstar Collision and Glass Repair in High River that paid for her recent autobody work.

Wright says she was surprised with the win as the company reimbursed her to the tune of almost $1,000.

"I was quite shocked.  It was a draw across Canada and what it is, is I got a return on the last time I was there getting a bumper repaired.  It was nine hundred and some dollars."

And Wright hopes the winning continues as she looks to buy some lottery tickets.

"I think I'm going to go run and get one today because, my goodness, there has to be a stroke of luck in there somewhere."

She also praised the enthusiastic staff who were thrilled to see her win.

Out of thousands of entries across the country she was one of 30 lucky winners that had their repair work covered.

It was part of Carstar Canada's 30th anniversary celebrations.
