Although it's still a few weeks away, space is quickly filling up for a popular event among the ladies in the Foothills, as the 2015 Okotoks Women's Conference is set for Sep. 26.

Adult Recreation Programmer Tracy Church says the conference is a can't miss event for the women in Okotoks and surrounding areas.

"This is actually a really great opportunity to bring women together for one day to participate in a variety of different sessions throughout the day, that could either be active-based, interactive, or lecture-based learning, and just bringing people together and networking opportunities for local businesses and just local women in the community."

Church says women have the opportunity to customize their day according to what interests them the most.

"We have a number of different sessions," she says. "There's 12 different sessions that women can go online and choose from each of the categories."

With the early bird deadline come and gone, Church says not to wait to the last minute to get your ticket for the conference.

"We actually are finding at this time that classes are filling up quite quickly, and certainly with this last little period for the early bird, we're getting a lot more registrations in," she says. "So definitely, you'll want to register sooner rather than later."

Registration for the 2015 Okotoks Women's Conference is $50 per person, more information can be found here.
