Another court date has been set for the former owner of the Animal House pet store in Okotoks.

Ty Marshall made his first court appearance in Okotoks provincial court Fiday to face one charge each of allowing an animal to be in distress and failing to provide care for an animal.

His case has been adjourned until September 22 when he'll be back in Okotoks Provincial Court to enter a plea.

Marshall is facing similar charges in Lethbridge court, relating to the seizure of over 200 animals from his property in Vulcan County back in April.

He'll be in court there Monday September 11 to set a date.
