Embattled Okotoks area landowner Edouard Maurice is back in court again Friday, May 4.

He's hoping to enter a plea on charges stemming from an incident back in February when it's alleged he fired a gun at two people rummaging through vehicles on his rural property.

This is the third time he'll be looking to enter a plea, the first two were put off as his Lawyer, Tonii Roulston, complained they were still waiting for discovery evidence to be turned over by the Crown.
