"Happy Star Wars Day," or as fans would say "May The Fourth Be With You."

Monday, May 4, is the day to celebrate if you're a Star Wars fan, and despite the pandemic, Ryan Manson, with the local fan club, Tosche Station, Calgary Star Wars Fan Force, says you can still mark the day online.

"I know some of the big convention people down in the States are doing live streams and live tweets and watching the movies along with questions and answers with all different creators and guests and stars of the Star Wars Universe."

Manson says unlike other years where the group would get together, this year they're going online to share the day.

"This year we've got a Zoom hangout planned on May the fourth, so it'll be pretty good and we'll just chat Star Wars all night."

Manson says because most of us are stuck inside still, Disney+ is offering some extra content to mark the day, including a behind the scenes look at their most popular show "The Mandalorian."

"It's going to be basically a behind the scenes, the making of, showing the new technology, how they filmed it with virtual sets. Talking with John Favreau and Dave Filoni, the guys who actually created this and spearheaded this whole start to the live action series with Disney."

Also streaming is the final episode of "The Clone Wars" animated series, and premiering is the final film in the Skywalker Saga, "The Rise of Skywalker."

"I find your lack of Star Wars binging disturbing!"
