Highwood High School puts the wraps on its mental health month activities Friday.

All week students and staff have dressed up in their craziest get ups and raced go carts in the parking lot just to have a little fun.

Guidance Councillor Lori Isberg says it's a chance to blow off some steam.

"We're coming into the end of the semester, we're coming up to exams and so now is the time to take a look at how are we doing, how are we feeling, let's check back in and take a look at why mental health is so important," she says.

In the past the school used tricycles but they've shown their wear and thanks to the Citizens On Patrol the school is using the COP's go carts for the event.

The finals go Friday morning at 11:15 in the parking lot at Highwood High School with a bar- b-que to follow.
