The annual Millarville Christmas Market was a huge success again this year.

Millarville Ag Society Executive Director Lisa Lloyd, says despite the chilly temperatures, the market was a great success, once again.

"It was nice for everyone out, bundled up, of course, and enjoy both the inside vendors that we had in the new arena, and the outside folks in the tents, and take in the reindeer, our kids only shopping tent was super successful this year, as well," she said.

Lloyd says the event wouldn't be possible without the dedicated volunteers and vendors.

"A huge thank you to all of our volunteers, members and vendors that come out and support our market. We recognize that this is a challenging time, it was really wonderful to see the number of people coming out, as this is a huge event for many of our vendors," she said.

The Millarville Market saw 9,000 patrons on Saturday, and 11,000 over the additional three days, and brought in approximately 160 vendors, which is about a 20 per cent increase from prior years.
