Alberta residents are encouraged to get off the couch and move today (feb 7th) as Alberta marks Winter Walk Day.

Shape Alberta has a contest going and the winning community will be based on how many minutes and hours of walk time can be recorded.

High River Parks and Rec needs you to register the amount of time you walk today with them.

Walkers can have their minutes recorded by going to the track at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex at lunch time or by emailing times to [email protected]
