The Nanton Chamber of Commerce is looking to help businesses in the community at their 2018 annual general meeting.

Their theme is 'getting your ducks in row'.

Their guest speaker Angela Groeneveld, a business coach and consultant, will talk about a few things to help business owners kick start things in 2018.

"So I am going to be talking to them about, are you ready for tomorrows type of customer," said Groeneveld. " Are you ready for tomorrows type of entrepreneurship. And I will be talking to them about what they need for an entrepreneurship rule toolkit."

Groeneveld will be sharing stories she has learned from other successful business owners from other rural communities.

"I am just going to pay forward what I've learned that they have done."

Some businesses that have been going for a long time might need a little revival.

"There are a lot of new tools this day and age for entrepreneurs to access and those tools are what I am hoping to share with them."

The meeting on February 15th at 7 p.m. at the Nanton Community Centre is open to everyone but you need to RSVP to info@nantonchamber.com.
