The Provincial and Federal governments are doling out $535 million for road projects across alberta.

In the Foothills MD it includes 22 kilometres of pavement overlay on Highway 762 between Highways 22 and 549.

In the County of Ranchlands 20 kilometres of overlay will be put down on Highway 22 starting 5 kilometres south of Highway 540.

$42 million has been committed to bridge repair and replacement but the Centre Street bridge in High River is not among them.
