If you have a vehicle and you've driven any of High River's streets, you know there's no shortage of potholes this year.

Mayor Craig Snodgrass says the Town's getting at repairing them as quickly as they can.

"This one's a little bit more challenging because we don't have all the staff working on their constant shifts as we normally do. We're splitting all the shifts up and everything with all the COVID restrictions and safety measures are a priority. So, it probably won't take place as fast as people want it to. But, I don't care how fast you go, it's never as fast as some people want it to be."

Snodgrass says despite perceptions, there's really no more potholes this year than in past years.

He says many of the worst one's are on Centre Street, which is getting rebuilt anyway.
