High River Mayor, Craig Snodgrass, says lots are starting to be sold in the phase three development of the Hamptons.

Snodgrass says, the continued development is very good news.

"It's a big deal for High River. It's a huge deal for those that live in that development to see that thing starting to progress, and their investment being valued as well."

Snodgrass says, he believes there's a show home going up in the development right now as well.

"The Hamptons continuing is very very good news. It's a been a lot of work for the last four years in getting things in alignment for that development to proceed."
