High River RCMP need your help locating an attempted truck thief.

Around 7 a.m. Sunday, March 25 police say a brown or gold older model sedan was parked in an alley behind 10th Avenue South East, near 12th Street.

They say a man jumped out of the back of the car and broke into a pick-up, and although he severely damaged the trucks ignition wasn't able to steal it.

He's described as white, with a bald or shaved head, and was wearing blue work pants and a hoodie.

The sedan had three other occupants inside, with the car thought to be a mid to late 90's sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry.

Anyone recognizing the male in the photos or with any additional information are asked to contact the High River RCMP at 403-652-2357 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477(TIPS)and www.tipsubmit.com.
