The pool at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Centre will be closed a little longer than expected.

There is a failure of the blower in the air handling unit and the expected reopening date is now December 27th.

They had hoped to re-open the pool Thursday, December 21st in the afternoon.

All Saturday swim lessons are cancelled but parents can pick up report cards at the front desk and a credit will be applied for their account for the missed lessons.

Alberta Health Regulations prohibit a pool without adequate air circulation to be open for use.
