The "Fury in the Foothills" street hockey tournament is back in High River.
After a five year hiatus, which was caused by the flood, a passionate group of volunteers has decided to bring it back.
Organizer of the annual street hockey tournament, Devin Tretiak, says "we had a group of hockey moms from the community approach us to help get the tournament back and running, and we were excited to help."
The tournament is for kids aged 4-18 and runs 3-on-3, with two players, one goalie, and two additonal players as substitutes.
The one-day tournament will take place in the Boston Pizza parking lot on Saturday, September 8th, with the first game starting at 8:30 am.
