High River RCMP are seeking tips from the public to solve multiple commercial break and enters.

On Friday, February 22nd at 3:45 a.m. a business located on 11 Ave. S.E. was the victim of a break and enter.

Three individuals who are believed to be males, entered the property using a large cube van but were scared off when an alarm activated.

The three suspects took off on foot and entered a dark truck that was parked on 11 Ave near 9 St. S.E. and took off, leaving the cube van on scene.

Police were called a second time just after 6 a.m where an unidentified number of individuals broke into a rural business on 2431 Dr. east, just west of the Mazeppa overpass.

The suspects entered the property in a beige or tan quad cab GMC or Chevy truck and left with a second stolen grey GMC Sierra and other small industrial equipment.

The third call came in at 11:30 a.m. High River RCMP for yet another break and enter in progress at a rural oil site on 224 St near 547 Ave.

Members arrived on scene and observed two suspects wearing what appeared to be black hoodies.

The suspects jumped into a dark truck which was believed to be a 2005 model dark coloured Chevy or GMC extended cab; and took off at a high rate of speed.

A pursuit was not initiated for public safety reasons due to the high speed of the fleeing truck.

A High River RCMP member who was working as part of the MD Foothills enhanced crime reduction initiative was first on scene for both rural break and enters.
