The High River Santa Claus Parade is just about two weeks away and organizers are scrambling to make sure it goes off without a hitch.

Santa's biggest Elf, Ted Dawson, says the parade entries are starting to pile up.

"We have about 55 entries at the moment, and climbing, so that's great. There's no cost to enter the parade. But you do need to fill in the entry form. You can go to christmasinhighriver.com or highriver.ca/christmas. Fill in the entry form and we'll let you know where to park and everything else."

The Parade runs at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, December 1, with the "Light Up George Lane Park" kicking off the evening at 5 o'clock.
