High River RCMP are dealing with another rural theft.

Sergeant Brent Hawker says sometime overnight last Sunday thieves entered two sheds on a property south of High River.

"They entered two sheds which held a number of items, from the residence they stole a GMC pick up truck, it was silver in colour and had Alberta license C-A-G 331," Sgt. Hawker says. "As well, two snow machines were taken, a 2002 Ski-doo Summit Everest 800R, and a 2015 Ski-doo Summit SP 800R RER."

Both snow machines had rack attached to the back and held a jerry can.

They also made off with a couple of roping saddles. The first saddle is a light brown, with a basket stamped,  padded seat and rubber around the horn.  The second saddle, a Felmer Eamor brand, is described as dark brown, with a basket weave and having minimal scarring on the seat.

An older model, black GMC flat deck pick up truck was seen in the area around the time of the thefts and may have been involved.

Sgt. Hawker says if the owner of the truck was not involved he'd like to hear from them and if someone knows they owner they're urged to call the High River RCMP.
