The Mayor of Turner Valley, wants to keep the position and will run for the job again in this Fall's civic elections.

Kelly Tuck says she loves being the Mayor.

"I'll always appreciate it and am grateful for the position I have here. I love my community and I love the people within this area. It's truly been very satisfying. And I look forward to being able to, if elected, to sit in that seat again."

Tuck was first elected in 1998 and again 2001.

She gave it up for six years, then came back winning back to back terms in 2010 and 2013.

Election Day is Monday, October 16.
