The Okotoks Dawgs are on the brink of elimination in the WMBL Playoffs.

They fell 10-8 to Edmonton Wednesday, August 1, at Seaman Stadium, which gives the Prospects a two games to none lead in their best of five opening round series.

The Dawgs need to find a way to win, and do it fast, as they could be chased from the playoffs as early as Thursday, August 2, when they head to Edmonton for game three of the series.

If they need it, they'll play game four back in Edmonton Friday, August 3.

And if the Dawgs can tie it up, they'll play for all the marbles Saturday, August 4 back at Seaman Stadium in game five.
