Residents, family members, staff, and volunteers at the Foothills Country Hospice felt some holiday magic.

On Dec. 17, the hospice hosted a day of festive activities.

It included visits from Santa Claus and Hank the Donkey, caroling, hot cocoa, a cookie station, and sleigh rides courtesy of Step Ahead Carriages, who provided their services for free.

In a media release, the hospice explained their dedication to making the season merry and bright for those in their care.

"Foothills Country Hospice is committed to fostering an atmosphere of care and compassion, and this festive occasion is a testament to the organization's dedication to creating uplifting experiences for residents and their families during the holiday season."
