Turner Valley RCMP have confirmed that the police incident at the Eden Valley First Nation has ended.
Just before noon, they advised that there was a heavy police presence in the area, just west of Longview on Highway 541.
Residents were asked to stay clear of the area and to not post anything on social media while the RCMP conduct their operation.
