The summer construction work on the Hamptons bypass project is almost done.
While some work still needs to be done, if the weather cooperates the south roundabout could be open this Sunday.
The rainy weather High River's experienced this week might affect it opening but the forecast is calling for sunshine over the weekend.
The bypass road however won't be open until Monday, October 30, weather permitting.
The Hampton's south entry/exit of the roundabout could be open by Sunday.Some of the work remaining includes installing sidewalks, signage, line painting and pathway connections. And once that's completed then landscaping will finish everything off.
