No, never...as long as it's healthy-ish.  Well, this one is actually really healthy.

Frozen Smoothie Pops....mmmmmm.

With the Community Wellness Challenge in full swing I peeked at their Facebook page and stumbled across a healthy snack posted by Tarah that I shared with the Sun Country listeners today.

Here's the recipe...

In a blender mix - 2 cups of frozen or fresh berries, 1 banana, 1/4 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of milk until smooooth.  Pour into popsicle tray.  Makes 12 to 16 depending on size of popsicle tray.

Sweet ... but it's natural sugar.
