If you are like many High Riverites you look forward to pulling out the trailer for the upcoming camping season.

Manager of Bylaw Services, Ross Shapka say as of April first it is once again permissible to park your trailer in your driveway again.

Shapka says what isn't allow is to leave it un-hitched on the street.

He says "because the insurance for a trailer is connected to the towing vehicle it can not be left on the street un-hooked for any amount of time".

He does note that you may have your connected unit parked on the street for a reasonable amount of time to load and unload.
