Three "Liberation Lockdown" protesters appeared in Lethbridge Court on Wednesday Jan. 8th.

46 year old Maxwell Mah of Edmonton, 28 year old Claire Buchanan from Calgary, and 24 year old Kenadi Herbert from Pincher Creek all participated in September's Turkey Farm protests and are facing one charge each of break and enter to commit mischief.

They were part of the group of 90 demonstrators who allegedly broke into and locked themselves into barns on the Jumbo Valley Hutterite Colony turkey farm near Fort Macleod.

The accused weren't present themselves, and instead were represented by lawyers who called for a month long adjournment of the case.

Lawyers say they need the time to gather more information and speak with each of their clients.

A 16 year old female is also being charged in relation to the protests, however her case is being dealt with in youth court.
