Mr Hockey made a stop in High River Tuesday. Gordie Howe was a guest at the Western Financial Group's golf tournament.
He still loves coming out west.....including his trips home to Saskatoon....where he still gets recognized.
He says sometimes people see him on the street and do a double-take, not sure if it's really him.
He still has four sisters who live in Saskatoon.
He was beseiged by autograph seekers, but says he considers it a compliment.
