There are some new bosses at Foothills Division schools. Ric Morales is one of them. Taking over as Principal at Oilfields High School as of January 8, 2007. Morales says he's looking forward to many changes, including the further incorporation of the community into the school. He says right now there is a wellness centre partially sponsored by the Drillers Athletic Association and it's just one example of getting the community to participate within the school environment. Morales also says he's also looking forward to a possible reconfiguration of Diamond Valley schools. And allowing grades 7 & 8 to access high school facilities and programs.
