While stumbling out of their debut win on August 29th against the Calgary Stampeders, the Okotoks Peewee Eagles Football team continues to iron out their strengths and weaknesses coming back from their game this weekend.

Head Coach for the Eagles Lance Kelly says the team has some work to do when it comes to moving the ball.

"Our defense is playing amazing, our offense is struggling to find their way a little bit, so we didn't have a lot of offensive output in our last two games. We have some really talented kids on both sides of the football, but at the end of the day we know what we have to work on."

Kelly says that win or lose, the boys are having fun.

"I think they're having the time of their lives, regardless of what happens."

The Eagles match up against the Airdrie Storm at Shouldice Park on Saturday September 22 ended in a loss, 46-6 for the Storm.
