Thats the message that Debbie Layne MacLeod, health promotions strategist, wants to get out with the new Go-2 program.
The community wide initiative is aimed at encouraging physical activity for 30 minutes a day in Okotoks and area.
MacLeod says youth aren't getting out as much as they use to.
She adds that major medical conditions can be prevented with a healtheir active lifestyle.
