With the price of oil hovering just under 60 dollars U-S a barrel, oil companies aren't seeing the run-a-way profits they were just a few weeks ago And niether is the province as they take in less royalty cash with every drop in the price of crude. Highwood M-L-A George Groenveld says even if oil continues to drop we won't see a return to defecit financing. Groenveld says he'd be more concerned if the price of natural gas took a nosedive as the province gets most of their resource revenue from the gas sector.
