If you have items laying around your house that need some work done on them, you are in luck.

The Town of Okotoks is hosting another Repair Cafe this Saturday, January 20, where people can bring down the household items they aren't ready to toss into the trash.

Volunteers will be available at the venue to help fix items, as well as help teach people how to fix their own items.

You can bring down everything from appliances to toys, and a volunteer will do their best to give the item a second life.

Unfortunately, though, they ask you to not to bring your broken vacuums or microwaves.

While there is no cost to have a volunteer work on your items, visitors may be required to pay for some of the necessary parts to complete the fix.

There will also be an option to donate to the Food Bank at the venue.

The Repair Cafe will be happening from noon to 4 p.m. at Centennial Arenas.
