Construction work at an intersection near Holy Trinity Academy is going to be taking longer than first expected.
Last week, the Town of Okotoks let residents know about some shallow utility work happening
It was first estimated that the work would last until March 22, but with the weather we've been seeing, that's now changed to March 28.
As with the original release from the Town, they're advising that some traffic interruptions are expected.
They're also warning that "larger vehicles such as semi-trucks may wish to avoid the area as work will encroach into the southwest corner of the intersection."
