So, it's the first day of Spring today and Sarah Scott and I decided to find the biggest and deepest puddle in High River.

We grabbed coffees, the camera, my 15 year old sons rubber boots (since he took mine the last time we went fishing) which are two sizes too small and hoped in the radio station vehicle.

It only took us minutes to find some sweet puddles.

Hey, kids should know where the best puddles are...as long as Mom or Dad are there right?

1st Ave and 1st St SE had the deepest and will definitely get bigger and deeper over the next few days of melting.

Be careful, it's slick with ice under the puddles....but it sure is fun.

Can't remember the last time I splashed in some puddles and cracked ice.

Love breaking up the ice and it's sure a lot easier now that I carry a little (lot) more weight than I did as a kid.

Good luck looking for the biggest puddles out there, be safe, have fun and welcome in Spring.?
