No luck for the High River Flyers as they wound up the 2018 portion of their Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League season with a pair of losses.

7-5 to the Medicine Hat Cubs Friday, December 14, and then 6-3 Sunday, December 16, in Cochrane to the Generals.

The Flyers head into the break in sixth spot in the South Division.

The Okotoks Bisons split their games losing 5-2 to the Coaldale Copperheads Friday and then beating the Wranglers 3-1 Sunday in Blackfalds.

The Bisons head to Stettler to tackle the Lightning Friday, December 21.

And the tough times continue for the Lomond Lakers as their losing streak hit 12 in a row with a 9-1 loss to the Strathmore Wheatland Kings Saturday, December 15, and 7-1 to Medicine Hat Sunday.

They head to The Hat for the rematch Friday.
