The Dawgs make it five straight after a come from behind win Wednesday night against the Fort McMurray Giants.

The Dawgs jumped on the Giants in the first inning scoring two runs, holding the lead until the top of the 6th where the Dawgs gave up four runs in the inning. The Dawgs came back in the bottom of the ninth driving home two runs courtesy of Ryan Dousett (Okanagan College) who had an RBI single and Ricky Sanchez (Barton CC, KS) who drove home the tying run with a sac fly. Dousett would drive home the winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning to seal the win. 

The Dawgs bats picked it up from the previous night smacking 11 hits in the 5-4 extra innings win. Dryden Howse (Barton CC, KS) lead the way for the Dawgs bats tonight going 3 for 4 with 3 singles. Ricky Sanchez (Barton College, KS) in his first game back tonight went 1 for 4 with an RBI in the victory tonight for the Dawgs.

Daniel Hutchinson (Chandler-Gilbert CC, AZ) had a strong outing, tossing 3 scoreless innings, with 4 strikeouts and allowing no runs while giving up 2 hits. The Dawgs turned to the bullpen in the 6th inning only giving up 6 hits and striking out 5 in the final 6 innings to help seal the win for the Dawgs. 

The Dawgs are off to Brooks to battle the Bombers on Thursday night first pitch will go live at 7:05pm. The Dawgs will return home to beautiful Seaman Stadium Friday night to take on the Sylvan Lake Gulls at 7:05pm.
