Eagles start bantam football season 1-and-0. The Foothills Eagles got off to a flying start in the Calgary Bantam Football League Thursday night.
The Eagles defeated the Canmore Wolverines 32-12.
Coach Kelly Houle says they were full value for the victory.
He says Canmore is a good team and may be bigger but his squad may have been a little faster and more physical.
The Eagles next game is Saturday September 9th.
