The High River Flyers are going to have to be a lot more consistent if they hope to make any kind of impact in this year's Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League playoffs.

They have 10 games left in the season and Coach Bruce Cowie has issued a challenge to his players.

"My goal right now and I'm going to bring it up to the team after the Christmas break is fourth spot is reachable. Let's go for it. If we can grab fourth spot. That gives us home ice advantage of the first round of the playoffs."

The Flyers are sixth in the South Division now and play eight of their final 10 games against division opponents.

They start the stretch drive Saturday, January 2 on the road in Strathmore.
