Jason Glass dashing for cash today in the final four at Stompede

High River's Jason Glass could come home with a $41,000 paycheque today.

His wagon has qualified for the final four at the Grande Prairie Stompede coming in second place overall in the aggregate after four nights of racing.

And he only missed out on the Ralph Vigen Memorial award, which goes to the top aggregate finisher, by 15 one-hundredths of a second. Jamie Laboucane came from third place in the aggregate to leapfrog Jason Glass in second and claim the Ralph Vigen Memorial award, pushing Chad Fike into third. 

The final four heading into the $41.000 Championship heat tonight are:

2. Jason Glass
3. Chad Fike
4. Wade Salmond

As far as the day money goes it went to Chanse Vigen for the second consecutive night with a 1:16.58. Unfortunately, the hometown favourite and last year's Champion had a No Time on day one as he tipped his wagon.

Glass finished in 12th Saturday night, but it was enough to keep him in the final four.

Other Foothills local Jordie Fike had a solid run Saturday night too finishing 18th on the night with Dayton Sutherland coming in 26th.
