Yesterday marked the final day of rodeo for Pool A competitors at the Calgary Stampede.

Saddle Bronc rider Clay EllioTt from Nanton finished up the four day stretch in second place, earning him a spot in finals next weekend, along with $12,000 in his pocket.

Two local Bareback riders are also headed to the finals.

Ky Marshall of Bowden finished third in the aggregate, with Jake Vold of Airdrie hot on his heels in fourth place.

It was a tough day for local Bull Rider Jordan Hansen from Okotoks. Hansen was bucked off "Apollo's Smoke" causing him to drop to sixth place in the aggregate.

Hansen can try his luck with one more ride on Wildcard Saturday to get a spot in the finals.

Tanner Milan of Cochrane also finished second in the aggregate in Steer Wrestling, earning a spot in the finals and taking home $16,500.
