A busy weekend as both the Okotoks Ice and Okotoks Marauders lacrosse teams saw action.

The Junior B Tier I Okotoks Marauders were in arms reach of claiming their second win on Sunday.

The Marauders tied the Calgary Shamrocks 11-11.

They'll be hoping to pull past a tie and make it a win when they play the Calgary Mountaineers Friday night at the Murray Arena.

As for the Tier II Okotoks Ice they lost to the Strathmore Venom 15-6.

The Ice play at home on Saturday against the Lethbridge Barracudas.
