Due to the rain mixed with snow overnight and the current driving conditions, there are some issues with your commute.

In the Foothills School Division six schools are closed for the day. They include Oilfields and C. Ian McLaren and the Turner Valley school. Same goes for the school in Millarville, Longview and Red Deer Lakes.

The Strathcona-Tweedsmuir school has also closed the school today.  All students, teachers, staff, and contractors are asked to stay home for the day.

There are also some school bus cancellations and delays for both the Foothills School Division and Christ the Redeemer School Division.

The same goes for some buses in the Livingstone-Range School Division which service Nanton and the Palliser School Division which services Vulcan.
