Nanton is hosting  the Senior Men's "AA" Provincials this weekend.

In their season opener Friday night the Nanton palominos took on the Daysland Northstars and in a tight game the Northstars sealed the deal in overtime taking the win 5 - 4.

The four team tournament runs through to the playoffs Sunday.

Besides the Palominos, the Fort MacLeod Mustangs, the Daysland Northstars and the Wainwright Rustlers are in Nanton this weekend.
